Bill... This F-16 is USAF s/n 91-0373; a Lockheed F-16C Block 50D Fighting Falcon, c/n CC-71, as noted in Mr. Joe Baugher's published information.

There are several breaks in the USAF assigned sequence of serial numbers for their government/military "Fiscal Year 1991" aircraft acquisitions.

One such "break" occurs in the range where "91-3373" would be found. FY s/n's interrupt at 91-1653; a Lockheed C-130H Hercules, c/n 382-5292, and resume at 91-4001; a Lockheed F-22A Block 1 Raptor, c/n 4001, as Mr. Baugher detailed.

His information also shows a following break after USAF s/n 91-4009, a Lockheed F-22A Block 10 Raptor, then with an "odd" purchase/acquisition of a single Antonov An-2, which was assigned USAF s/n 91-6555, then yet another break... and then resuming at 91-9141 thru 91-9144, which were four (4) Lockheed C-130H Hercules aircraft.

USAF s/n's as assigned for FY 1991 end and cease there, with US Army assigned s/n's starting with 91-00110, a McDonnell Douglas AH-64A Apache.

The F-16C Fighting Falcon showing in your photo capture belongs to the Pacific Air Force's 35th Operations Group's 14th Fighter Squadron, hence the yellow tail stripe. The 14th FS is known as the "Samurais", and is assigned to Misawa AB in Japan.
