I made quite a few jumps out of a Skyvan just like that back in the day (1995). A Skyvan would fly down for winter from Whitehorse Canada to Skydive Marana where I worked. Looking at the activity log below it also looks similar to parachuting operations (25-30 minute flights from and to the same airport).

Nice photo. Brings back many pleasant memories.
