I wonder if this is an old Kier Air Transport airplane from the 1970's.
BE18
I was curious and looked up the BE18. A lot of variants to engine configurations, from Jacobs L-6s @ 350-hp, Wright R-760E, to the P&W R-985 which appeared to be the most common. First prototype flew in 1937.
