Gonna take a wild guess and say thats not a 172
Ive seen more Cessna 172s in person then anyone else on this site, I can say without a reasonable doubt, this is, in fact a Skyhawk. I trained in one just like this! lol
I suspect it is an English Electric T4 Canberra, supplied to the South African Air Force and subsequently modified to B2 specification.
Peter you are 100% correct for some reason this "Aircraft Type" jumped to C172 when it didnt understand T4
