N182AQ - is reg. to a 1979? CESSNA 182Q
Looks like a Peterson Katmai conversion.

That's not a "Contrasting" N-number as required by 14 CFR Part 45. It's a contrasting outline aka "ornamentation" of an N-number, but that doesn't count. The same regs that specify the size of the characters specifies the "contrast" but neither applies to the outline.
