Boeing P-8 Poseidon (16-9567)
Comments
Seems like only yesterday I was riding around in a P3.
So Terrence, how would you like to have the opportunity to make the record-breaking flight with the 'Truculent Turtle'? Ignoring of course, the fact that were you the right age for that you would likely be dead now.
Anybody know what the pod under the belly is for? I haven't been around the ASW community since I left Jacksonville, and they were still flying P-3s then.
Chris - it's a SLAR pod - possibly the most famous use was the E-8 JSTARS.
