Scanned from a postcard, thats copyright infringement!
no its not, I pointed out its not my photo, so I gave credit to the the original company which is from West Germany who no longer exists.
They still did NOT give you permission under law it's all copyright infringement. You did not take the photo and you have re-produced it, all be it a scan version. Does not matter if you gave them credit or not! All the scans should be removed.
You Seem triggered over nothing. Have a good day...LOL
It's the law fella!
Fair use and public domain.
@ Brian Wilkes - if they belong to you, take legal action. If not, get a life and get over it, and stop whinging like a kid. If you simply don't like it, move to a different aviation photography site where rules are rules and you can't transgress.
Nobody else is complaining here, and for me - personally - most of Sam's uploads are great. You appear to have something "in for this uploader".
Just saying.

Thanks Viv, I looked up the laws and pre 1979 I believe are open domain, also I "attempted" to locate the publisher which went bankrupt in the 1980s. They scanned media for educational purposes not financial, they are exempt from ALL us laws. Each country has its own laws and according to the US and Europe, they are mine now.
