BOEING 727-200 (N574PE) - KLAX - from the Imperial Terminal parking lot circa Sept 1989 Continental 727 arriving 25L and rolling onto the exit chute to cross 25R when cleared. This is a lower angle sun shot late PM - one of the greater airliner photography spots back in the day - I was in LA for the Fall airline collectible show that year.

Methinks this one has been handed around a bit. The "PE" in the reg makes me think People Express and the cheats make me think Delta. But the tail says Continental. if i get a chance, I'll look it up. Maybe it wore other clothes, too.

Fuselage colors is People Express and the N number is theirs. If memory serve me right, they bought it from Delta in the early 80's.

Looks like it came from Alitalia not Delta.
