Either the A/C no longer exists or it was sold to new owners and re-registered. N316CA is now assigned to a Cessna 172.

Looks like DCA. Definitely not JFK.

I wasn't sure about JFK - but I also was in Washington DC during that trip - so you are probably right!

The A/C was re-registered in 1996 - it became N349TA. It is still in service with Bering Air in Nome, Alaska
