What is it?
She's a CN295 of the Irish Air Corps, so that's basically a stretched version of the original CN235.

Interesting. What is this aircraft used for? Weather? Surveilling? Ushering politicians to and fro?
Interesting that the shadow from the wing is so strong that it totally hides any detail of the structure below it.
