'Bank of Utah trustee' is the registered owner. Some supporter of Texas, they worked through a bank in Utah, and hide their identity. Almost too funny...

@Robert Cowling. "Whatever Bank Trustee" usually means that it's being financed.

@ben bosley Not necessarily. Lots of companies and individuals put their aviation assets in trusts as a mode of protection, liability tax savings etc Most banks have a division to handle assets, trusts and HNW assets and serve as trustees for said assets.
