This place just opened in early October and still has the 'new FBO smell' ;) No ramp fee, better fuel prices than the alternative on the field. The staff is very friendly, one of the owners checked with me before I left whether everything was to my liking. Brand new courtesy car. From the airside, the place is at the north end of Rwy 15/33 off Twy Alpha. From the landside the place is a bit difficult to find until they get some signage up. It is behind the Army National Guard facility at the north end and requires about 12 even and odd numbered turns off unnamed roads. So don't give up. I wish them well with the new venture, always good if there is some competition on an airport of this size. Piper PA-24 Comanche |

We have stopped in several times during cross country flight training and have always had an excellent experience at Maverick. The fuel prices are very reasonable and the service from their staff was amazing. Courtesy car is great too! We will definitely be back in the future. Cessna Skyhawk |
