Fake Bomb Grounds Chicago Bound Flight
An American man has been charged with mischief after a fake bomb was found in a Chicago-bound passenger's luggage at Pearson International Airport. U.S. Customs and Border Protection issued a release about their investigation into United flight 547 that was bound for Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. It was set to fly out of Pearson at 7 a.m. on Thursday, April 6, but was delayed for several hours. (m.mississauga.com) More...How about a civil suit from all the passengers for their time lost and missed connections, and the airlines time and lost revenue/profit? That would be serious $$ and would deter idiots like this next time.
Stupid People.. Throw the book at him!
Better yet, to scare the you know what out of him, treat him for a while like he is an international terrorist...then take the whole Encyclopedia Brittanica collection and throw it at him.

I think he should have been charged under our "Civil Aeronautics" Act, which would have been a much more serious offence, with severe penalties. This was not a "Joke"! He held up the aircraft and the passengers for hours.
