Oregon-based SeaPort Airlines has filed for bankruptcy. The company is under the same ownership as Aerodynamics Inc., the airline that was recently approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation to provide daily service between Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport and Chicago O’Hare International Airport.
