Two off-duty Shenzen Airlines pilots helped a Chinese family in Phuket who had endured a medical emergency with their child. Upon their realization that they would be unable to obtain appropriate medical care in Phuket, the pilots arranged for the family to accompany them on their flight to Shenzen early the next morning.
