Interesting gallery. The 1935 Woolaroc III looked very advanced for it's time, a template for future modern business aircraft - It even had a telephone mounted on the side wall ! The Boeing 747 interiors from over fifty years ago remind us that there have not been any huge leaps in aircraft interior designs in over a half a century. The experience of flying on a 747 in 1966 was probably not that much different than flying on a A380 today (especially if flying coach). As for the Concorde interior - which looks comfy - we sadly have nothing to compare it with today.

Frame 10 shows the interior of a "Mainlander". Does anyone know what aircraft is it. To me the interior looked like a good old DC-3 with squarish windows and the era-overhead bins.
