Compensation will soon be a major issue with the carriers who ordered the MAX8 have lost millions of revenue dollars from their parked 737MAX8 aircraft. This issue could spread to other carriers waiting for a satisfactory result to this current mess.

Boeing stands to cough up billions in fines, loss of profit, postpones deliveries, you name it. Will come out stronger and more compliant with basic safety minded aircraft design and opefully stop pressing poor FAA souls to approve designs.
