After DAL pulled out of Cincinnati they needed the business. However I would expect Amazon to set up one or two hubs in the South making them weather independent. Birmingham and a second in North Texas or Arizona or even Nevada locations that are not passenger hubs would be the choices. This will make them able to divert shipments to bypass bad weather in the north.
