Turkish Airlines approved a codeshare agreement with Pakistan International Airlines (PIA). Turkish will help take PIA’s passengers to European destinations via its hub in Istanbul. So, the Turks. have no qualms with PIA obviously not verifying 'or' disregarding their own company hiring standards, as well as their own Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority and ICAO requirements for 'qualified flight crew'.

Another result of ICAO ownership by the U.N.. No consequence for breaking the law.

Don't matter, many seats will be filled with 'one way tickets' when the NGO boats are full.
