It' difficult to discern just who he reported to at first look. I appears he reported to the First Officer. Does that make the FO the PIC? Did anyone call the company? These guys have to improve their writing and the editors have to do their jobs as well. This is like listening to Miles O'Brien who never makes any sense either.

Great timing given the Germanwings disaster. A perfect example of the need for loser pays with the caveat that if the loser can't pay the costs the lawyer must.
