United Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner at San Francisco on Feb 7th 2016, windshield problem

Ok why do we care about how many times it was reported cracked windshields are nothing new either.
And what difference does it make how many times the airline is reported?

Interesting that it happened at a very low altitude, meaning a very low Cabin Diff at that particular time...maybe a bird strike soon after T/O?
