That is not what is being reported.
The Irish Times is reporting that customers are being offered 'accommodation or refunds'.

Maybe in the US, or maybe they tried as long as the US didn't ban them, I have little new information other than what the passengers got when they where flown back and forth not reaching their destinations in time in the early days of the European ban.

Yes, but they at the same time, refuse compensations to customers and claim "extraordernary circumstances" So they will try to gain on the problem while skirting up customers, I wonder how that will end up. I wouldn't fly with them if not under gunpoint!
