Oh yes its public money and CA knows how to spend it now they are competing even more against private companies. Seems that if they took better care of the problems caused by there lack of wildland management that would better protect the public. But seems they like the attitude of don't try to prevent them so we can rebuild time after time in the same place with the same result.
