Nothing outrageous in this article. Considering the volume and logistics of serving food on an airplane, catering does a good job.

If a person is that worried about food quality, I would suggest buying some fresh and delicious airport food and bring it on the flight. Yummy.

Besides, unless you buy a first class ticket, a passenger should not expect 4 star dining.
