Airbus A319 (N897UA) - While this United baby bus may look normal, it is actually one of about 30 that United has gotten/is getting from China Southern. This reminds me a lot of when Delta bought all those MD90-30 from China Southern around 2013. United 1634 is about to turn into Runway 23 for departure to Denver at 4:36 PL N897UA A319-132. While this United baby bus may look normal, it is actually one of about 30 that United has gotten/is getting from China Southern. This aircraft, N897UA, is one of around 30 A319-132 UAL has bought from China Southern to reduce the aircraft shortage caused by the 737 MAX groundings.
