USAF doing loops over pacific in a big plane

I assume it is authorized for a big USAF plane to do loops? I've never seen this before, but not much to watch these days! The Boeing E-6 Mercury is an airborne command post and communications relay based on the Boeing 707-320. It has been airborn for almost 10 hours now and it is doing touch an goes at Travis AFB now (flightaware.com) More...
