It will be interesting tosee who and where the conversions are done. It would not surprise me if Delta plans an offshoot to do the work and that might have been part of the deal, If they can get value from retiring their 767's and 777's they are likely to grab it.

If it works for Delta, Air Canada could follow the model with their well maintained 767's from Rogue. Anything owned off the books enhances the bottom line as there is no real value parked in the desert.
