"The memo goes on to list four other international airports that have also been removed from their previous City Codes." And of course they fail to mention which.

I wonder what the reason is... they are all fairly close!

Probably because a lot of international itineraries involve transferring from JFK to EWR or vice versa which involves an additional bag fee.

I note that Stewart is also a Port Authority airport.
